LEGO MOC of the Week - Fallen Utopia

Here’s the MOC Description:

In the Great Basin Desert located in Nevada, a wealthy man by the name of Bill Stevens built a 3-mile wide and 4-kilometer deep circular wall with. Inside the wall was a next generation city with rail transport connecting apartment blocks, shopping centers, and many more facilities. All the citizens are the most privileged people of society, the most wealthy too. They came to the dome to live a life without crime and poverty. With the economic unrest outside the Utopia and the dome residents coming under intense media scrutiny. A large number of lower class and welfare people protested outside the Utopia for a large amount of time. The protest eventually turned into riots, the rioters (Is that even a word?) brought down the surrounding wall and flooded the city with the sands of the desert. The citizens abandoned the city and it became a ghost town and unenterable due to the state of the walls. Many years pasted on, a small group of survivors discovered the sewer system that connects to the city. The survivors have made home out of the once Utopia. They are in the middle of excavating the sand and making huts out of the ones houses and shops.
