LEGO Minecraft : Generating World
LEGO has released some images from the LEGO Minecraft set. These designs were created by the LEGO Concept Lab team using 6 Micro World sets. This set will be interesting and I wonder what sales will be like for this theme. You can pre-order the set yourself by going to Jinx.com. The set will cost $34.99 €34.99. Here’s what the LEGO Concept Lab team stated:
“Here’s the contents of six sets. Each box also comes with a new-style orange Brick Separator that has a wedge to help you get all of the little 1×1 tiles apart.
Check out those extra pieces! It’s tricky to use them all in one Minecraft model. We can’t wait to see what you make with your sets once they ship this summer.
Here’s a shout-out to a few guest builders: LEGO Concept Lab designer John Henry Harris built the mountain topper where the waterfall begins, designer Mark Cowley made the floating island, and the gray well at the left is by LEGO fan Michael Thomas, one of the fans who submitted LEGO Minecraft to the LEGO CUUSOO site — where this all began!
We used the stock LEGO Minecraft Micro World set as a centerpiece, and built the rest of the model using the 6×6 modular system that you’ll get with your set! It’s easy to make your own world using this technique, and combine with your friends’ worlds to make it bigger.”

Hey is this real as in will they make these sets as there was only confirmation that they’d make Minecraft Micro World 21102 and didn’t realise that they were making 5 others. Please tell me these will be sets and aren’t just MOC’s! PLZ!!!!! They look amzing and pray these will al be sets.
LEGO is only making Minecraft Micro World 21102. These images were created using 6 packs of the micro world set. However, hopefully, they will make more Minecraft sets
Will each set come with instructions on how to build each of the sets above show in the picture?
These models were custom created using 6 packs of the micro world set. Hopefully more lego minecraft sets will come out!
What day is it supposed to come out?
No official release date has been annouced, but it is set for a summer 2012 release. However you can pre-order the set already.
Not a fan of Minecraft personally though I think it and LEGO is a match made in heaven.
How don’t you guys have a release date yet and the sets come out this summer! (that’s at the most 3 months away)
