LEGO has announced that they will be producing LEGO Legends of Chima video game’s, which will talk place all within 2013. The video game will contain 3 different game forms.

LEGO Legends of Chima Speedorz: This is a racing minigame that is currently being developed by TT Games and 4T2. The game launched today on and will arrive for iOS devices tomorrow.

LEGO Legends of Chima: Laval’s Journey: This is a adventure game where players go on an adventure into the world of Chima where players will fight alongside Laval and friends in battle. This game is currently being developed by TT Games and will be available on the PlayStation Vita in summer 2013 and on the Nintendo 3DS in fall 2013.

LEGO Legends of Chima Online: This is a free-to-play online game which will allow players to build and customize their own world, explore environments, and take missions. This is currently being developed by WB Games Montreal and is expected to come out in fall 2013.

This is really interesting! LEGO seems to be going all in on the success of this new 2013 theme. LEGO Legends of Chima: Online sounds interesting considering how LEGO Universe was a disaster. It also makes you consider if this online game will have some Minecraft-like gameplay considering you can build and customize your own world and you can explore environments. This year will be interesting, what’s your thoughts and hopes for this theme/games? Should they make a LEGO Ninjago video game in 2014? 😀
