Artist makes a LEGO Bridge

Several months ago a German graffiti artist, Martin Heuwold aka MEGX, painted a bridge to make it look like it was made out of LEGO bricks. The bridge was 250 square meters and the project took four weeks to complete. This project was finished back in October 2011, however recently it’s gone viral on the internet.

The bridge is located in Wuppertal, Germany. The bridge used to be a old train line, however it was recently converted into a pedestrian and cycle path. The project was sponsored by Akzenta and Klauser shoes. Also, people at Evolution industrial design worked on the planning stage for the bridge. This would be really cool to see in person! :)

Here’s what the bridge used to look like before it was converted.
